The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) conducts safety reviews of vehicles in various simulated traffic situations. In this ranking list, we rank cars based on their overall ratings for small overlap front (driver and passenger), moderate overlap front (updated) and side (updated) tests.
